Linking Steps
Here is how you can link Seona to your SquareSpace site in a few easy steps.
Go to your squarespace.com account and log in.
Once you are logged in, click on the “Settings” tab on your left sidebar.
Click “Permissions” on the left sidebar.
Select “Invite Contributor.”
In the ensuing popup, enter “Style AI” as the name, “[email protected]” as the email, and enable the “Administrator” switch. Read more: Why does Seona need Administrator Access to my account?
Select “Invite.” Then, you are done!
How can I confirm that I have linked correctly?
Go back to your Seona dashboard.
If it says “Seona is waiting for you to link…”, your site has not been linked yet. Sometimes it takes a couple of minutes to show that you have linked correctly. It will soon!
I followed the instructions but it still says that Seona is waiting:
First, wait up to 1-2 minutes. It sometimes takes a couple of minutes to show that the site has been linked correctly. If it has been more than a few minutes, proceed below.
If you followed the instructions above correctly, your “Permissions” screen should have Seona added and match the following:

If your “Permissions” screen looks like the image above, and Seona is stating that your site is still not linked correctly, reach out to our team here and a member of our team will look into the issue and email you shortly.
Why does Seona need admin access to my site?
Seona needs admin access to your site to adequately change code to your site’s SEO. Without this access Seona’s functionality would be greatly limited. Seona is an AI that is only trained to make the changes it is showing you on your Seona dash. Seona does not, and will never, make changes to your site that have not been shown to you and will never access or share any information about you or your business.
