If you have any trouble getting your Adwin account running, here are some quick ways to get it fixed!

During the onboarding of your Adwin campaign, you might encounter a few issues. Here are some common problems and how to resolve them:

Campaign is Pending

Google sometimes takes days to activate a new campaign. Unfortunately, the activation time is unpredictable and cannot be expedited. We've seen activations happen in as little as 15 minutes and as long as one week, with an average time of 24-48 hours. If your campaign has been pending for more than a week, contact our support team to check for other potential issues.

Stuck on Loading

If your campaign is stuck on generating for over 30 minutes after setting up your account, please contact our support team for assistance.

Credit Card Declined

If your credit card is declined, Adwin will attempt to charge it again. If it is declined again, your ads will automatically pause, and traffic from your Google ads will stop. To resume your ads, update your payment method as soon as possible on the settings page.
