FAQ

What payment providers do you accept?

We support all Visa, Mastercard, American Express (Amex), and Discover credit and debit cards. We also support Cash App and US bank providers.

Can I change my subscription from monthly to annual?

You certainly can! Reach out to a member of our support team who will take care of that for you. You will be given a prorated refund for the month of execution and move to the annual plan.

How do I change my billing information?

You can change your billing information at any time by going to your settings. Navigate to Settings -> General in your Seona dashboard. Here you can edit your billing information.

Why do I see a $1 charge on my credit card from StyleAI?

Right after you begin a free trial with StyleAI we automatically charge and refund $1 to verify the card information. This transaction is usually uncaptured, meaning it shouldn't be deducted from your card and should fall off within 1-2 business days. Please note that we only offer a 7-day free trial for annual plans, not monthly plans.

Does StyleAI offer refunds?

The trial period for StyleAI begins when you click "Start free trial" on the checkout screen for annuals. For example, if you start your trial on a Sunday at noon, it will expire and automatically convert to a paid subscription the Sunday after the next at noon.

If you do not want to be charged, please cancel your subscription before the trial period ends or before the subscription renews.

We can offer refunds in some select situations. If you need further assistance in any of the following situations, please contact our team:

  • You didn't have a chance to set up your account.

  • You converted your individual subscription to a paid team subscription and haven't received an automatic pro-rated refund on your individual account within 72 hours.

  • You believe you have been a victim of fraud.
