Seona can manage Your Google Business Profile and Facebook Pages

Updated over a week ago

Your Google Business Profile (GBP) and Facebook Pages are critical landing pages for potential customers. For local businesses, the Google Business Profile may be the first thing a customer sees on Google Maps, while for eCommerce brands, customers often check the Facebook page before making a purchase. Keeping both profiles updated and fully optimized is essential. Seona simplifies this process by managing your profiles for you.

Connecting Your Accounts

You can connect as many Google Business Profiles and Facebook Pages as needed by clicking the "Connect" or "Add" button within Seona. You’ll then be prompted to log in to the account that manages your GBP and Facebook Pages. Once you’ve granted Seona access, click "Manage" to see Seona’s recommended optimizations and changes for your profiles.

Managing Your Account

Overview

In the Overview section, you can manage essential business details such as your Name, Description, Website, Phone Number, and Business Hours. Seona will provide automatic suggestions for optimization, which you can publish with one click by selecting the purple Seona suggestion.

Images

This section allows you to update the images displayed on your profiles. Keeping fresh and relevant images helps maintain a professional and active presence.

Q&A (Google Business Profile Only)

For your Google Business Profile, you can manage the frequently asked questions (FAQs) that appear. Regularly updating these questions and answers signals to Google that your business is active and can positively impact your visibility. It’s a good practice to have basic FAQs in place and to review them consistently.

Previewing and Publishing Changes

You can preview your profile on the right side of the screen at any time, or click "View Live" to see it in action. Any changes made through Seona may take up to 10 minutes to be reflected live.
