A Guide to Your Adwin Overview Page

Updated over 6 months ago

The Overview page is your go-to destination for a holistic understanding of how your ads are performing. Here, you can access key metrics, visual graphs, and detailed insights that help you evaluate the effectiveness of your ad campaigns.

Campaign Metrics

The Campaign Metrics section provides a quick snapshot of the last 30 days of your ads. Here, you can see some key statistics about how your ads have recently performed:

  • Impressions: This is the number of times your ad is seen. A higher number of impressions indicates that your ad is being shown frequently.

  • Clicks: This is the number of times a customer clicks your Adwin ads. Clicks are a direct indicator of user engagement with your ads.

  • Conversions: This is the number of conversions recorded by your ads. Conversions are unique per business. To learn more about what constitutes a conversion for your business, visit the Conversions Page.

  • CTR (Click-Through Rate): This is the percentage of people that see your ad and end up clicking on it. It is calculated as (Clicks / Impressions) * 100. A higher CTR suggests that your ad is relevant and compelling to viewers.

  • Avg. CPC (Average Cost Per Click): This is how much you are paying Google (not Adwin) per click that your ads generate. It is an important metric for understanding the cost-efficiency of your ad campaigns.

Impression and Click Graphs

The Impression and Click Graphs provide visual representations of how many impressions and clicks your ads are getting over time. Expect fluctuations over time but look for consistency over the course of weeks or months.

Ad Previews

In the Ad Previews section, you can see examples of how your ad appears on Google. This allows you to visualize your ad as potential customers see it. If you want to make changes to your ad content, you can always do so on the Ad Content Page.

Ad Search Results

Finally, the Ad Search Results section shows the exact search terms people are using to find your ads. This insight helps you understand the keywords and phrases that are driving traffic to your site. If any of the search terms are not to your liking, you can make edits on the Keywords Page. Note that sometimes this chart might show slight discrepancies, but it remains a valuable tool for refining your keyword strategy.

With the Overview page, you have all the information you need to monitor, analyze, and optimize your ad campaigns effectively. Use these insights to make informed decisions and improve the performance of your ads.
