Can I edit the code of my Crafta site?

Unfortunately, you can not edit the source code of a Crafta site.

How do I start my Crafta website over from scratch?

If you have logged in and have not paid for your subscription, go to the top left of the Crafta editor, select the dropdown, and select add a new site. If you have not registered, just refresh the page and select start over. If you have already paid for your Crafta subscription, reach out to a team member here.

How do I save the progress I have made on my Crafta site?

You can save your site at any time by clicking the “Save” button at the top of your Crafta Editor.

Does Crafta support websites in other languages?

Crafta websites are generated in English, but Crafta can rewrite content for you in any other language.

Can I see some examples of Crafta sites?

Can I change my Crafta site after I have published it?

You certainly can! You can log in and edit the site whenever you would like.

Does Crafta support E-Commerce websites? Can I add payments for products on my Crafta site?

Crafta can support payment links. As in, you can have a button that links to a payment provider (such as Stripe or PayPal). Additionally, Crafta supports links to shop pages such as Amazon storefront links. But Crafta does not have a built in solution that allows for payment providers to be added.

Troubleshooting

My site is not loading in correctly (or it does not appear correctly when published). What should I do here?

When I try signing up or logging in I get an error. What is the reason for that?

I published my website over 24 hours ago but the URL I chose is not pointing to my new Crafta site.
